Rid your Body of Arthritis and pain.

If you are bothered by Arthritis or joint pains, try eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and drinking pineapple juice, black cherry juice, and eating more pineapple, as these help to flush the uric acid from the body. Uric acid attacks the joint cartilage and destroys the smooth articulating surfaces of our joints thus causing pain that ranges from severe to slight and can possibly cause disability. The uric acid is generally introduced into our bodies from the meat we eat as the animals urea goes into the muscle when the animal dies or is rendered for food. We can often solve this problem by abstaining from meat eating and substituting other wholesome proteins instead of meat. Beans, raw nuts and other sources of proteins are readily available for human consumption. Lifestyle changes can easily save one from pain, disability, and surgeries.
