Significance of The Sabbath Day of Rest!
God gave us six days to do all our work. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and do all things before we rest on the Sabbath, Saturday, which God sanctified and made Holy. He designed that we should work daily and take our rest at the end of the day. The World has turned things upside down by resting and teaching rest the first day of the week and working the last six days.
We do not rest all day and work for a few hours at night. That would go totally against nature, which is what this worldly practice is doing. Understand that our bodies are designed to rest on Sabbath, and our heart rates are lower on Gods Holy Day, the Sabbath, as He designed us.
