How to determine which day is Gods true Sabbath day.

How to determine which day is Gods true Sabbath day. Mark 2:27,28. “And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: 28Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.” Jesus Christ is mans only example, for He is the sinless Son of God, from the beginning. John 1:1,14. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." Jesus rested on Sabbath, the seventh day, after his six work days of Creation on which He blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it. He also ministered on the Sabbath day, in the synagogue, by the sea, and walking with the disciples. Matthew 12:8-12. “For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day. 9And when he was departed thence, he went into their synagogue: 10And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him. 11And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? 12How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.” He also rested in the tomb on the Sabbath of crucifixion week, then he rose early on Sunday morning, the first day of the week, as he said he would. Matthew 28:1-10. “ In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. 2And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. 3His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow: 4And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. 5And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. 7And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. 8And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. 9And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. 10Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.” Our creator intended that human beings would rest and worship and perform the ministry which he had established on the Sabbath day, the seventh day of the week, so He created man in His own image. All human beings can test this out simply by charting their heart rate, or pulse daily, and comparing the findings. God created man to rest on Sabbath, the seventh day, so the results will be that mans heart rate is notably lower, or slower on the Sabbath, the seventh day of the week. I have found in my own case that at rest, on the Sabbath day, my pulse is 25-30 beats lower per minute, than it tests on regular work days Sunday thru Friday. Imagine how much more youthful, and how much longer one can live by following Gods Law. Exodus 20: 8-11. “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.” Automatic Blood Pressure and Heart rate machines are generally available at the large retail Pharmacies. May God bless us as we seek to understand and obey His Law, His word.
